Grapefruit Pie

2 large or 3 medium red grapefruits, sectioned
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3 tablesp. cornstarch
3oz box of Strawberry Jell-o™

Combine sugar and cornstarch, add water and cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Add Jell-o™ and stir to dissolve. Cool and add grapefruit sections. Pour into baked pie shell and chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip™ before cutting,
